Mumbai recorded a sudden rise in daily Covid-19 cases on Tuesday with 85 new cases. On Monday, the financial capital had recorded 34 cases. The cumulative tally of cases has reached 10,58,884, said the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Tuesday. Around 100%, or 85 of the fresh cases reported today, were asymptomatic. The death toll due to Covid-19 in Mumbai remained unchanged at 19,562 as there was no Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours. Stay with TOI for all the latest updates.Read Less
