Mumbai: 40-yr-old spots wife with her ‘lover’, kills him – Times of India

Mumbai: The Amboli police on Saturday arrested a 40-year-old man for stabbing another man for allegedly having an affair with his wife. The incident occurred at around 5am in a hutment at Jeevan Nagar, Andheri when the accused caught his wife red-handed with the victim, identified as Santosh Kirupalli.
The accused will be produced before the local court on Sunday. Kirupalli was stabbed to death in front of the accused’s wife and 15-year-old son.
After committing the offence, the accused, Rakesh Devendra, escaped from the spot and was nabbed later in the day. “Devendra committed the offence after learning about the illicit relationship the victim had with his wife,” said senior inspector Someshwar Kamte. tnn
