An argument over an order changed by a customer on Thursday night was renewed on Friday morning. “As the argument intensified, Madhav Mandal rushed into the kitchen and returned with a knife. Before anyone could react, he stabbed Jagdish Jalal on the chest. Jalal died on the spot because of the injury suffered in his heart,” MIDC police inspector Deepak Surve said.
