MUMBAI: A 29-year-old painter ended her life reportedly by jumping off from a building at Yari Road in Andheri (W) on Tuesday.
Tabassum Praveen, who hailed from Uttar Pradesh, was staying alone here. Versova police said she went to the terrace and jumped off around 4.30pm. She was rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, where she was declared dead before admission.
Her body was sent to Cooper hospital for post-mortem. Police said she was under treatment for depression.
