The PIL was filed on the grounds that JEE Main January 2023 exam dates clash with students’ pre-board and anual board examinations in the same month. JEE Main 2023 registration will close on January 12, 2023, and the exam is scheduled to be held on January 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31. The pre-board exams for CBSE, ICSE, and other state boards are scheduled to be held in January 2023, and the Annual Board Exams 2023 for many boards will commence in February 2023.
