MUMBAI: Roshni Kapoor, daughter of Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor has filed a petition before the Bombay high court to challenge a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against her.
She had also challenge a special CBI court order refusing her permission to go abroad on April 14 for a wedding although special PMLA court had permitted her.
She is named an accused in the Yes Bank case and her advocate Aditya Mithe mentioned the LOC matter before division bench of Justices P B Varale and S M Modak who said there was no urgency and posted it for hearing beyond summer vacation.
The HC said it would file an order on Tuesday on her travel plea.
