Mumbai News Updates: City reports 762 new covid-19 cases, 19 fatalities

The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted that Mumbai, Thane and surrounding regions are likely to continue receiving heavy rainfall today and tomorrow as well at isolated places. On Thursday, rains lashed the city for several hours, resulting into flooded railway tracks and waterlogged roads.In other news, Mumbai reported more COVID-19 recoveries than new cases on Thursday as 666 persons tested positive for the virus as opposed to 741 discharges.
