Maharashtra rain live updates: Waterlogging in parts of Mumbai; Central Railway suspends local trains between Dadar-Kurla

Some parts of Mumbai witnessed waterlogging on Saturday morning due to continuous heavy downpour in the city. Several areas in Sion East and Andheri subway have been flooded due to the rain. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued heavy rain warning for Mumbai on June 13-14 in addition to a tidal wave warning. Meanwhile, Mumbai mayor Kishori Kishor Pednekar has notified that strict action would be taken against those who are found dumping garbage in the drains and gutters.
