A court in Thane has sentenced a former employee with a defence force to life imprisonment for killing a coolie in 2018. District Judge, Kalyan court, Shoukat Gorwade, in his order on Monday, also imposed a fine of Rs 1,000 on the accused Dhananjay Kumar Sinha (58), who retired from the Navy in 2006.
