Mumbai News Live: City reports 635 new Covid-19 cases, 582 recoveries and 10 deaths

For the second day in a row, Mumbai city recorded new Covid-19 cases below 500. On Tuesday, 441 people tested positive for the virus, the lowest after February 9 this year. The city is now left with 6,950 active cases. Mumbai’s average case doubling rate now stands at 925 days. Maharashtra reported 7,243 new cases and 196 fatalities, taking the tally of infections to 61,72,645 and the death toll to 1,26,220. The state now has 1,04,406 active Covid-19 cases.Read Less
