IMD’s Dy Director General KS Hosalikar said,” IMD GFS forecast for rains indicate heavy to very heavy with possibilities of isolated extremely heavy (more than 200mm) rainfall over Konkan, including Mumbai, Thane today.”
He further added that tomorrow’s trend is expected to continue with little reduced intensity.
