Nirav Modi’s property worth Rs 1400 crores seized, Order passed by Bombay court – Times Now

A court has ordered the confiscation of properties of fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi worth  Rs 1,400 crore across the country. This is the enforcement directorate’s case against Nirav Modi and the court directed that Rs 1,400 property which previously attached by the enforcement directorate and the CBI can now be confiscated. All the loans that Nirav Modi owes to the banks can now be liquidated. The banks can be repaid this money. The confiscation of property was ordered by the Special Judge of the city, civil and sessions court of Greater Bombay ordered that all properties belonging to Nirav Modi can now be confiscated.
